When the sale ends you will receive an email that notifies you that your voucher is ready. Log into your account at GroupRenoBuy, print your voucher and enjoy your great deal!

When does my voucher expire?
Expiration dates will vary from deal to deal. Each voucher includes an expiration date.
What if I am, or know, a business that would like to be featured in Group Reno?

Is my information safe?
You bet! We share only your name with the merchant so they know who has purchased their deal. We do not share or sell personal information with anyone. Please review our Privacy Policy for further questions.
What methods of payment can I use?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Pay Pal.
Can I return a voucher?
